About the Role

Designation: Customer Success Manager
Locations: Indore, Goa, Surat, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Jaipur.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of EaseMyTrip, responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing business partners within your assigned territory. You will visit prospective partners, present EaseMyTrip's products and services, build long-term relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding and activation.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective partners and business establishments within the assigned territory.
- Present EaseMyTrip's products, services, and value proposition to potential partners.
- Complete partner onboarding, KYC verification, documentation, and account activation.
- Train partners on the EaseMyTrip platform, booking process, and available services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Resolve basic partner queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.




- Achieve monthly partner acquisition, onboarding, and activation targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified partner leads.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of partner visits, onboarding progress, and daily activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and represent the EaseMyTrip brand professionally at all times.

Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Hospitality, Aviation, Travel, Customer Service, Public Relations, Luxury Retail, customer relationship, Banking Relationship Management, or similar customer/corporate facing roles.
- Candidates with experience as Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Guest Relations Executive, Front Office Executive, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Executive, or Travel Consultant will be preferred.
