We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-location workforce, including a significant blue-collar employee population.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing across multiple locations
- Attendance validation, leave, OT, incentives & reimbursements
- Payroll reconciliation and salary processing
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Income Tax)
- Payroll vendor coordination
- Employee query resolution
- Payroll MIS, analytics & workforce reporting
- Payroll audits and process improvements
- Stakeholder coordination with HR, Finance & Operations

Requirements:

- 36 years of payroll experience
- Hands-on payroll, attendance & statutory compliance experience
- Experience working with payroll vendors
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
