Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for our Agency Channel business. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Life Insurance sales with proven expertise in team handling, advisor management, recruitment, and achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of advisors, driving sales performance, and expanding the agency network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.




- Drive team performance to achieve assigned business and sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop new advisors to build a productive agency force.
- Monitor advisor activity, productivity, and conversion performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop sales strategies to increase business through the Agency Channel.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in achieving targets.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance guidelines, and sales practices.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain consistent focus on revenue generation and customer acquisition.
