Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replenish guest amenities, and prepare rooms for arrivals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company SOPs.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain housekeeping stores, linen, cleaning supplies,
and equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping procedures.
- Good grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
- Basic communication skills; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
