Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project.
Prepare baseline, look-ahead, recovery, and catch-up schedules.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths while driving timely execution.
Conduct delay and variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, S-Curves, and progress presentations.
Optimize manpower, equipment, material, and resource utilization.
Support budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Manage contractual milestones, planning risks, and project compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, statutory, and environmental standards.
