We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead certain digital transformation
initiatives across our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The incumbent will be
responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and scaling digital
solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, traceability, and
user productivity across manufacturing and plant support functions.





This role will play a key part in driving ownership and continuous improvement
of core manufacturing digital systems at Sun Pharma — SAP (PP, MM /WM ,PM
modules) along with digitizing paper-based and manual workflows such as
eLogbook, Permit to Work, electronic checklists, line clearance, cleaning and
equipment usage records, shift handovers, and related GMP workflows. The role
requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, EHS, IT,
CSV/Validation, and external technology partners to ensure solutions are
compliant, practical, scalable, and well adopted by end users.

Key responsibilities:

Digital Initiative Identification and Prioritization

• Identify opportunities to digitize manual, paper-based, and spreadsheet-driven
plant workflows.

•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on
business value, compliance impact, feasibility, and scalability.
