JJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 12+ years of expertise
in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal
candidate should possess solid functional knowledge in manufacturing processes,
production planning, quality inspection, process optimization, and SAP S/4HANA
implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring,
implementing,



and supporting SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business and
operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and
quality management.
• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities including:
o Demand Management
o Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
o Production Orders
o Bill of Materials (BOM)
o Work Centers & Routing
o Capacity Planning
o Shop Floor Control
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
o Quality Planning
o Quality Inspection
o Inspection Lots
o Quality Notifications
o Vendor Quality Management
o Audit Management
• Integrate SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI modules.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers
