1. Patient Coordination & Experience Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing PET-CT, SPECT-CT, and Nuclear Medicine therapies.
- Coordinate the complete patient journey: appointment scheduling → pre-procedure preparation → scan/therapy → post-procedure guidance → discharge.
- Provide clear instructions on Procedure, Pre-scan protocols, required investigations (e.g., blood tests), and safety precautions.
- Ensure a high standard of patient care, particularly for long-duration investigations and therapy cases.

2. Scheduling & Operational Coordination
- Manage daily scheduling and optimal slot utilization for PET-CT and SPECT-CT procedures.
- Ensure adequate intimation, work handover or replacement in case of staff absence or leave.
- Coordinate closely with Nuclear Medicine physicians, technologists, and nursing staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure timely availability of PET-CT radiotracers,



Cold kits and support procurement planning.
- Plan and coordinate therapy admissions, bystander accommodations including bed allocation, patient transfers, and isolation requirements where applicable.
- Coordinate cases requiring anesthesia and RT Planning
3. Admission & Therapy Management
- Coordinate inpatient admissions for Nuclear Medicine therapies (e.g., Radioiodine therapy).
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all required documentation, including Consent forms, Radiation safety declarations, Regulatory compliance forms and Therapy Register.
- Work with ward teams to ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient isolation guidelines.
4. Billing & Financial Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end billing processes for high-value diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Ensure, Accurate package selection , Timely pre-authorizations (insurance/corporate/TPA cases).
