- Learn garment sewing operations as per the training plan.
- Understand basic garment construction and sewing techniques.
- Operate assigned sewing machines under the guidance of the trainer.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Practice correct handling of fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Maintain the required quality standards during training.
- Achieve daily learning and production targets set by the trainer.
- Report machine problems or quality issues immediately to the Team Leader.
- Follow line balancing and work allocation as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the workstation (5S).
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Handle company tools, machines, and materials carefully.
