Role & responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the automobile sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and maximize dealership profitability.
- Monitor daily sales performance, lead conversion, and customer follow-ups to ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key business partners.
- Guide the sales team in handling customer enquiries, vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify recent business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Prepare sales forecasts,



MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and local marketing initiatives to generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 48 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of automobile products, dealership operations, finance, insurance, and customer lifecycle management.
