Role Description
The AGM Civil role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dhanbad–Ranchi area. The role is responsible for overseeing civil engineering activities across projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control of structural and infrastructure works. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with project managers,



site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and technical specifications are met. The AGM Civil reviews drawings and designs, ensures adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and resolves technical issues at site. The role also includes preparing progress reports, supporting resource planning, mentoring team members, and collaborating with senior leadership on project strategies and improvements.

Qualifications
- Civil engineering expertise, including structural design understanding, construction methodologies, and site management capabilities.
