Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the gems & jewellery sector.
- Manage legal cases related to labor disputes, contractual issues, and other HR-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in HR processes and implement changes as needed.
- Provide guidance on PF (Provident Fund) regulations and ensure timely submission of returns.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Compliance or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and legal cases relevant to the gems & jewellery industry.
- Excellent understanding of PF regulations and ability to provide guidance on its implementation.
