Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development of Alternate Fuel & Raw Material (AFR) and Sustainable Alternative Fuel (SAF) products in the assigned region. The role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue growth, market development, pricing execution, collections, and coordination with production, logistics, and sourcing teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will also identify new industrial customers, strengthen existing relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute towards establishing the company as a trusted partner in sustainable industrial fuel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers in cement, industrial boilers, steel, paper, textile, chemical and other fuel-consuming industries.
- Generate current business opportunities across Telangana and neighboring states.
- Conduct customer visits and technical-commercial discussions.
- Prepare sales forecasts and demand plans.

B. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key industrial customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
- Improve customer retention and repeat business.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with customers.

C. Commercial & Pricing
- Execute approved pricing strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority.
- Improve contribution margins while maintaining competitiveness.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
