CRole & responsibilities:
- Franchise development
- Minimum 7 years of experience in field role with 2 years of experience in man management and 2 years of own brand store retail and franchisee handling experience.
- Responsible for achieving monthly Targeted Volume of sales in existing stores and opening of current stores in various territory.
- Responsible for identifying and expanding foot prints into new locations and new relevant developing markets.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, production, SCM and business development team for seamless own retail operations.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Should have 5-7 years of experience in Sales Manager/Field Sales Manager/Business Development Manager/ FMCG Sales
- Must have experience in team handling.
- Food Industry products added advantage
- Should be ready to handle (Thirvallur and Cuddalore)location
- Immediate to 15 days joiner.
