This is a remote position.

We are seeking a
highly skilled PPC Specialist
with proven expertise in
both Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)
and
Google Ads
. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns that drive lead generation for our towing and roadside assistance operations. The ideal candidate has deep analytical skills, a strong sense of strategy, and hands-on experience managing large PPC budgets for service-based businesses.
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify recent growth opportunities.
- Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
- Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends, insights,



and areas for improvement to scale performance effectively.
- Collaborate with the management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity.
- Stay current with industry trends, Google and Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging PPC strategies.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads and Bing Ads required).
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns (preferably in service-based industries).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with landing page optimization and data analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Must be able to work during PST business hours.
