Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive (ASE) to drive business growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs & Catering) segment across Punjab, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, key account handling, and business development within the HORECA channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, Banquets, Resorts, Institutions, and Corporate Clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Manage distributors, dealers,



and stockists to ensure market coverage and product availability.
- Execute promotional activities, product sampling, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely order processing, payment collection, and credit control.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-9 years of experience in HORECA Sales within FMCG, Tea, Beverage, Coffee, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA market in Punjab, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business expansion.
- Experience in distributor management, channel sales, and key account man
