We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the Healthcare Industry, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in sales development, distributor management, and key account handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and expand business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and channel partners, with a strong focus on government hospitals and institutions.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, including government hospital procurement and administrative authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.




- Drive new customer acquisition and increase market penetration across assigned territories, including government healthcare channels.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, manage government tenders/empanelment processes, and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-15 years of sales experience, with significant exposure to the Healthcare Industry.
- Proven experience in regional sales management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, medical consumables, hospital procurement processes, and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
