About This Role
The Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. In this role, you will play a key part in automating infrastructure, improving system reliability, and supporting modern containerized applications — helping teams deliver software with speed, security, and confidence.
Your Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments to ensure performance and reliability
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent and reliable software delivery
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows and drive engineering efficiency
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across environments while implementing best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost optimization

- Azure, Kubenetes, Terraform
Role Essentials
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering and Azure Cloud, with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform
- Solid understanding of containerization and microservices architecture
- Experience with Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability practices
- Experience with Bash and scripting tools
What We'd Like to See
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience managing Helm charts
- Experience with OpenSearch or similar search/logging platforms
- GitOps experience using Flux or ArgoCD
