About the Role

We are looking for a Lead UI Developer with deep expertise in Angular to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality front-end applications. You will drive UI architecture, establish best practices, and mentor engineers while contributing to creative, user-centric solutions that make a real impact.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Angular applications and reusable UI components, defining and implementing front-end architecture, coding standards, and UI/UX best practices
- Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant technical solutions, leading technical discussions, estimation, and solution design activities
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensure code quality, and guide team members on best practices while implementing comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, UX,



and backend engineering — to deliver user-centric, high-quality front-end solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability, performance, and a seamless user experience
- Mentor and coach developers to build a strong, high-performing UI engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth
