Role Definition
Interior Site Supervisor is responsible to oversee commercial projects in office, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and specification. This role combines technical site engineering skills with hands-on supervision of teams and contractors.
Tasks & Activities
- 1. Project Planning & Execution:
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- Ensure the project adheres to timelines and meets milestones.
- Implement site safety standards.
2. Quality Control:
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications (product & brand) and construction standards.
- Perform site inspections and take corrective action immediately.
- Handle Snags and complaints immediately as received.
3. Team Supervision & Coordination:
- Supervise site workers and contractors.
- Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution.
- Provide technical guidance to workers as needed.
4. Site Documentation:
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and records.
- Ensure that work permits, safety protocols, and construction plans are properly documented.
