WTT International, a leader in water & wastewater treatment technology, is hiring a
Project Head
to own the end-to-end delivery of our water treatment projects — from order receipt through design, procurement, fabrication, site execution, and commissioning to client handover.

What you'll own:

? Full project lifecycle management — planning, budgeting, scheduling & execution

? Cross-functional coordination across Design, Procurement, Fabrication & Site teams

? Client relationships and stakeholder management

? Budget, cost & cash flow control

? Risk, quality (QA/QC) and HSE compliance

? Team leadership & mentoring of project engineers

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical / Environmental / Chemical or related)

✅ 12–15 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment or EPC project execution

✅ Proven track record owning full project lifecycles

✅ Robust technical grounding in ETP, STP, RO, UF, MBR systems

✅ PMP or equivalent certification preferred

✅ Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills under pressure
