Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using MES (Manufacturing Execution System) tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS, DHCP, firewall, routing, VLANs, IP addressing, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Provide technical support for LAN configuration and troubleshooting of network-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in network operations and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in networking technologies such as DHCP, DNS, firewalls etc. .
- Solid understanding of OSI model principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency in configuring networks using various operating systems including Windows Server OS.
