Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for solar projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues with solar inverters, off-grid systems, on-grid systems, and hybrid inverters.
- Offer after-sales service to customers by resolving their complaints related to solar products.
- Conduct field support activities such as site visits and troubleshooting at customer locations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in renewable energy sector specifically in solar industry.
- Diploma or Degree holder in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.
