Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the Bungalow kitchen.

Follow-up on any assignments by his supervisor.

Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.

Follow periodical cleaning schedules.

Ensure that all the quality and quantity standards of food preparation & presentation in the Bungalow are adhered to.

Assist the Operations Manager in developing and standardizing the processes at the Bunngalow.

Devise methods for optimal use of raw materials & fuel and maintain the budgeted food cost.

Co-ordinate with the Purchase department regarding procurement of various items based on the stock levels and usage in the kitchen.

Monitor adherence to Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness standards.Ensure valuable physical upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils in all the kitchen and Co-ordinate with the Engineering department for the repairs and maintenance.

*Ensure through regular monitoring of guest feedback, prompt,



efficient and accurate service to all guests along with the best quality products.

*Address any grievance and counseling issues among the department staff.

*Stay informed about the new developments in the world of cuisine, cooking techniques, kitchen equipment etc.Responsible for equipping all rooms with linen, amenities in the guest rooms

*Report maintenance problems in the room to the supervisor

*Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu

*Setup of Dining area as per the standard

*Responsible to set up operating equipment and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service

*Responsible for food pick up and co-ordinate with the kitchen for special requests

*Ensure clearance of all soiled crockery, cutlery & glassware from the guest table and re-set the table

*Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum
