Role & responsibilities
- Understand and map existing business requirements and change management processes.
- Perform system validation and master data setup for Epicor Kinetic.
- Configure Epicor, develop reports, and handle customizations as per business needs.
- Handle customer support for business requirements and change management, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Implement best practices to maximize cost-effective business advantages.
- BAQ, BPM, and Form-Level Customization for specific business needs.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Gap-fit documents for various ERP processes.
- Perform Master Data Management, company setups, user testing, and user training.
- Create and update training manuals, flow charts, and other documentation.

Functional Skills:
- Extensive experience in BAQ, Reports, Dashboards, BPMs, Customizations.
- Experience with Product & Quality Configurators, DMT tool,



and Epicor Report Development (Crystal Reports, SSRS).
- Proficient in Epicor Installation, Epicor Client Installation, and version upgrades (E10 to E11).
- 12 years of overall industrial experience, with 6+ years specifically as an ERP Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant.
- Expertise in business process automation and day-to-day functional support.
- Proven track record in business process adoption and implementation in Epicor Kinetic.

Certifications:
- Epicor Kinetic Technical Certification.
- ITIL (preferable).

Selection Criteria:
- In-depth experience with Epicor Kinetic and its modules, including O2C, R2R.
- Ability to achieve defined SLAs and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong skills in requirement analysis, business process automation, and technical support.
