Role Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience for our project at Madhira. Candidate must have hands-on experience in Mivan Shuttering and be willing to relocate and join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution: Supervise and execute civil works at site as per drawings, specifications and project schedule

Mivan Shuttering: Monitor Mivan shuttering activities including erection, alignment, concreting, and de-shuttering cycle

Quality Control: Ensure quality of concrete, reinforcement, and finishing works as per IS codes and company standards

Team Handling: Manage masons, bar benders, carpenters, and site labor. Coordinate with subcontractors

Planning: Prepare daily work plan, resource planning, and material requisition

Documentation: Maintain site records, measurement sheets, daily progress reports,

MISSafety: Ensure compliance with EHS norms and safety guidelines at siteBilling: Assist in RA bills, BOQ tracking, and client coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 5+ Years in building construction with at least 2 projects in Mivan technology

Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of Mivan shuttering system, cycle time, and troubleshootingReading structural & architectural drawingsKnowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office

Other Requirements:Must be ready to join immediatelyMust be willing to relocate to Madhira, Telangana
