TUV SUD’s Global Marketing team is looking for a proactive Website Specialist to support and improve our global web platforms. In this role, you will work with stakeholders across multiple countries and regions, supporting the translation of business needs into digital features that improve user experience and support business growth. You will gain hands-on experience with an enterprise CMS (Sitecore), collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver and optimise website solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria for the development team. Structure and document requirements clearly to ensure alignment between business and technical teams. Assist with user testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Identify opportunities to enhance website functionality and user experience.
