MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience of developing and sustaining solid relations with a range of
government and private sector (e.g., energy developers, suppliers and
utilities) in India.
* Understanding of development, financing, and operation of energy assets as
well as expertise in crafting and executing complex energy supply agreements,
Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs), and agreements.
* Comprehensive understanding of power generation (e.g., conventional and
renewable), grid infrastructure, regulations, energy market dynamics and
energy policy in India.
* Track record in managing and executing commercial transactions in
collaboration with cross-functional teams in large multinational
organizations.

behind the scenes to secure infrastructure for Google's future -- everything
from underwater cables to physical data center space. As a Strategic Negotiator,
you combine your deep market knowledge of a given sector with tech industry
savvy to negotiate cost-effective solutions to support Google's infrastructure
growth. You'll work with specific project teams on negotiating deals, managing
vendor and partner relationships and presenting deal recommendations to our Tech
leadership. Your successful negotiations have the potential to save Google
millions of dollars in operating costs and impact every part of the business.

As an Energy Strategic Negotiator, you will combine your financial acumen,
industry experience and persuasion skills to analyze and communicate trends, and
evaluate supply, investment opportunities, and deal structures. You will work
with project teams to support transactions, energy portfolio planning, and
vendor and partner relations
