We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Sr.Associate Director, Data and Analytics
In this role, you will:
Drive end-to-end accountability for Sub Value Stream (SVS) technology delivery across markets in a high-growth digital environment.
Lead cloud and data delivery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), partnering with data engineering teams to deliver scalable,



secure data pipelines/platform capabilities aligned to product outcomes.
Set up and manage Agile delivery across Technology, supporting design, requirements, build and testing for digital products and features.
Lead global teams (c. 100–120 FTE), using Agile methodologies and a DevOps approach with CI/CD.
Create and deploy products and features to relevant markets, tailoring delivery plans and packaging products to meet market needs.
Own the Technology Delivery roadmap, managing changes, priorities, dependencies, risks/issues and benefit realisation across the portfolio.
Agree key delivery metrics and establish dashboards to track planned vs actuals and productivity vs quality measures.
Maintain appropriate governance and control to ensure adherence to HSBC guidelines and prioritise the highest-impact change for customers and the bank.
