About the Team

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization enables technology solutions that
transport and distribute merchandise across the TJX network. The Retail
Distribution team supports Distribution Centers responsible processing and
shipping merchandise to stores.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer – Java to provide technical
leadership and drive the design, development, modernization, and support of
critical Distribution Centers applications within the Global Supply Chain
ecosystem.

This role will partner closely with Product Management, Solution Architecture,
Engineering Leadership, and business stakeholders to build scalable, resilient,
and high-performing solutions that enable efficient warehouse and distribution
operations.
