What You'll Be Doing :

A successful candidate for this role will own end-to-end talent acquisition while establishing scalable people operations for our growing India team. Your primary focus will be identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent, while building productive HR processes and fostering a positive employee experience that supports the organization's continued growth.
Responsibilities :
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical, business, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing,



referrals, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Manage the complete hiring process, including interview coordination, assessments, feedback, offer management, pre-boarding, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and hiring quality, while continuously improving recruitment processes and employer branding.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies to support hiring needs.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, payroll inputs, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
