Kindergarten Incharge

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Incharge who is passionate about early childhood education and capable of leading a team of teachers while ensuring a nurturing, safe and engaging learning environment for young learners. The candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage academic and administrative responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee syllabus coverage across all subjects on a regular basis
Ensure timely delivery of homework schedules and monitor submission rates
Verify prompt completion of corrections for homework, classwork, and assessments
Maintain and update student feedback records systematically
Ensure student attendance records are updated accurately every month
Collect and submit student information forms to the administration office
Facilitate distribution of books and learning materials to new students
Monitor and ensure timely response to parent queries by teachers




Ensure teacher punctuality for all scheduled classes
Arrange substitutions during teacher absences
Mentor teachers to maintain high instructional standards
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance
Encourage teacher participation in training and development programs
Monitor student discipline, uniforms, and hygiene
Ensure cleanliness and organization of classrooms
Oversee maintenance of school premises and report repair needs

Required Profile

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle parent interactions effectively
Passion for working with young children

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education
Montessori / Kindergarten Training Certification (preferred)
Relevant teaching and coordination experience in a school setting
