Job Description
Report to the school at 8.30 AM on all working days
Collaborate with the Principal to plan and implement a high-quality academic program that meets the needs of all students across all campuses of Swamy's group of schools
Work with the Principal to monitor academic progress and ensure that all academic activities are conducted smoothly
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including Principals, teachers, students, and parents, to promote academic excellence and success
Conduct regular evaluations of academic progress and make recommendations for improvement based on data and evidence
Identify students who are struggling academically and work with teachers and parents to provide appropriate interventions and support to help them succeed
Coordinate teacher training and career development programs to ensure that all teachers are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality instruction
Participate in the recruitment and selection of teachers when needed to ensure that the school has a highly qualified and dedicated teaching staff
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as universities, industry partners, and community organizations, to support academic programs and enhance student learning opportunities
Conduct regular inspections of all campuses to assess the quality of teaching and academic activities and provide feedback and corrective measures
