What role will you play?

In this role, you will diagnose and resolve AWS Cloud customer issues, manage service-wide communications, and improve support processes. You will collaborate with technology teams to transform application and infrastructure deployment, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of AWS Cloud solutions.

What You Offer

Strong technical expertise in public/private cloud environments, with experience in multi-cloud workload migration
Broad knowledge of system integration, considering architecture, security, and resilience




Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation, with solid networking and security knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to work independently and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
