We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Trustee and Fiduciary Services.
In this role, you will:
Lead Trustee & Fiduciary Services delivery for alternative and traditional clients across Europe (Ireland, Luxembourg, UK).
Manage fiduciary administrative tasks across multiple sub-processes with end-to-end accountability for BAU delivery from day 1 for newly onboarded funds.
Own service delivery quality and timeliness, ensuring KPIs/SLDs are met or exceeded with accurate, timely reporting.
Manage a team of ~20–22 FTE with ~8 direct reports, primarily based in Kolkata/Colombo, aligned to current footprint and growth.
Control costs in line with ROP and drive year-on-year efficiency to reduce overall run cost and marginal cost of new business.
Provide strategic support to the Global Operating Model, including workflow, platform and process change initiatives.
Drive migrations of increasingly complex activities from multiple jurisdictions into Securities Services within agreed timelines and risk parameters.
Maintain a strong operational risk and control workplace in a high-variation, manual-processing landscape (single-event control failure threshold up to ~USD 10m).
