Role Purpose The Bid & Customer Sales Support professional will own the end-to-end preparation of high-quality RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for Zest Io T’s products and solutions. The role ensures customer requirements are clearly understood, accurately translated into proposals, and aligned with both technical and commercial expectations for airports, airlines, and ground handlers. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze customer RFPs, RFQs, and proposal requests to understand scope, requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure complete and compliant submissions. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Champions, Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Project Managers to ensure technical and non-technical requirements are addressed. Draft, edit, and finalize proposal responses, solution descriptions, implementation assumptions, and supporting documents. Ensure proposals are transparent, compelling, customer-focused,



and submitted on time with correct formatting and submission standards. Maintain a repository of standard responses, proposal content, case studies, and reusable sales collateral to improve speed and quality of future submissions. Support pre-bid discussions, clarifications, demos, and follow-up discussions with customers as needed. Track proposal status, follow up on action items, and support post-submission reviews to improve win rates and process quality. Ensure strong and regular internal governance during tender process. This may include coordination with channel partners and their respective bid teams. Support on sales and partnership related areas for administration, proposal, documentation support and account/competition research. Conduct live demonstrations of Zest IOT solutions to showcase their functionalities and address any customer concerns. Internal Collaboration This role requires strong coordination across commercial
