MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience mentoring executive engineers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Ability to raise the technical bar across the broader organization and define
the standards for coding, testing strategies, and deployment processes, while
leading complex, system-wide design and code reviews to ensure reliability
and maintainability at scale.
