POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Non-Technical
Security Systems Project Manager to support the Program Management office
overseeing multiple Security Systems teams by improving operational efficiency,
driving consistency, and ensuring strategic initiatives stay on track. The ideal
candidate enjoys creating structure, developing processes, coordinating
cross-functional projects, and transforming information into clear
documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. This is a non-technical role
focused on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking, and
operational excellence.

This role operates on a hybrid basis with periodic in-person meetings and
collaboration at one of our India office locations. Candidates should be located
within commuting distance of a supported office location in India, including
Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans,
timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables.




* Develop and maintain documentation that clearly defines roles,
responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and
vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
* Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive
accountability to ensure projects remain on schedule.
* Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, and operational
playbooks.
* Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings that communicate project
status, KPIs, SLAs, and overall program performance.
* Gather information from internal stakeholders to develop transparent, organized,
and user-friendly documentation.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and proactively
recommend solutions.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and
standardize workflows across teams.
