About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Associate to support accounting operations, financial reporting, vendor payments, reconciliations, payroll accounting, statutory compliance, and audit activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational workplace.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
General Accounting
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting.
Accounts Payable & Employee Reimbursements
- Process vendor invoices and ensure compli
