Job summary

As a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful execution of the BMC Marketing Operations function across Oceania.

Working closely with the Marketing Operations Leader, this role is responsible for operationalising strategy through effective planning, process management, governance, and enablement across the marketing portfolio. You will act as a central coordinator and operator across multiple BMC functions, ensuring that programs are delivered efficiently, consistently,



and in alignment with business priorities.

This role requires a proactive and commercially aware operator who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and build robust relationships across a global stakeholder group. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enabling insights-led decision-making, and embedding scalable processes and tools to support the broader marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations & Planning
- Support the development and ongoing management of integrated marketing plans across BMC portfolios
- Coordinate planning cycles (quarterly, annual), ensuring alignment to business priorities and timelines
- Track and manage delivery against plans, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities
- Process, Governance & SOP Development
- Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across marketing activities
