Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
Strong understanding of core digital marketing disciplines: SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and CRO.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and present findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and thrive in a collaborative, quick-paced environment.
