Lead the creation of crucial quality launch documents, such as Production Part Approval Process PPAP binders, Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis DFMEA/PFMEA, and comprehensive Control Plans, for Advanced Product Quality Planning APQP and PPAP Governance. Root Cause Analysis and Remedial Measures/: Use structured 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone approaches to conduct formal investigations into internal rejections and customer complaints in order to adopt long/-term, reliable corrective and preventive measures CAPA.
