Experience:



Minimum 08-14 Years of experience in Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement & Welfare Programs, Public Relations & Stakeholder Management etc
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
Grievance Management: Proactively engage with employees through regular shop floor interactions to understand grievances, facilitate discussions with management, and ensure timely and effective resolution of employee concerns.
Employee Engagement: Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives such as sports tournaments, cultural events, film festivals, employee welfare programs, and recognition activities to enhance employee morale, engagement, and workplace culture.
Domestic Enquiries & Disciplinary Management: Conduct domestic enquiries and investigations related to employee misconduct, grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace complaints while ensuring adherence to the principles of natural justice and company policies.
