We are seeking an experienced Kenan Postpaid Billing specialist to manage and support postpaid billing systems and associated applications. This role focuses on ensuring reliable operations, accurate revenue processing, and continuous service improvement across complex telecom billing environments. The individual will collaborate closely with business teams, IT partners, and vendors to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and maintain compliance with regulatory and security standards.

What you will do
- Manage, support, and enhance the Kenan Postpaid Billing system, including development, configuration, customisation, and operational activities.
- Investigate and resolve technical and functional defects across billing and related applications.
- Analyse end-to-end postpaid billing processes, including CDR flow, rating, bill generation, payments, collections, and journaling.
