Job Purpose: Lead - Office Leasing is responsible for overseeing the leasing
operations for large office spaces at large assets, ensuring effective
marketing, tenant management, and lease negotiations. This role focuses on
increasing occupancy rates by leading a team that conducts property tours,
reviews tenant applications, and negotiates lease terms. The Lead works to match
prospective tenants with suitable office spaces while ensuring the company’s
goals for revenue and tenant retention are achieved.
