Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager with 2–3+ years (Fresher can Apply Too) of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital storytelling, brand building, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibility:
• Manage and oversee all company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, create,



and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
• Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track ROI.
• Analyze insights and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community building.

Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of experience (Fresher can Apply Too) in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platforms.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
