This role requires a robust understanding of VMC machines and a commitment to ensuring high/-quality production.Key Responsibilities/:/- Set Up VMC Machines/: Prepare and configure Vertical Machining Centers VMC for production runs, ensuring all settings are accurate for the required specifications./- Monitor Machine Operations/: Keep a close watch on the machining process to detect any issues that arise, making adjustments as needed to maintain the quality of the output./- Conduct Routine Maintenance/: Perform regular checks and maintenance on VMC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure they operate at peak performance./- Quality Checks/: Inspect finished products for quality and precision, using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required standards./- Documentation/: Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production results,
