KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of design engineers across all stages of design — from concept to detailed design and release




Own end-to-end 3D design and documentation using Solid Edge & AutoCAD
Drive design of different types washing systems including but not limited to robotic, rotary-indexing, and conveyorized washers, as well as ancillary automation like conveyors, pick-and-place systems, cross-transfer systems, etc
Lead DAP meetings with customer and interface directly with customers during technical discussions and project reviews
Collaborate closely with automation, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure design intent is maintained through execution
Conduct and oversee design reviews, FMEAs, and engineering calculations and selection of all bought-out items
Design fluid circuits for washing systems
Ensure designs meet deadlines, customer specifications, safety standards, and internal quality benchmarks
Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team
