About the Role
The Corporate Relationships Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with corporates to enhance internships, live projects, guest lectures, corporate training, and final placement opportunities for students. The role requires an individual with excellent networking, business development, and stakeholder management skills who can represent the institute and build long-term strategic partnerships with organizations across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Management
Develop and maintain robust relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Leaders, and CXOs across industries.
Acquire new corporate partners for campus placements, internships, and industry collaborations.
Maintain regular engagement with existing corporate partners to strengthen long-term relationships.




Identify new business opportunities for institutional collaborations.
Placements & Internships
Generate placement and internship opportunities for MBA/PGDM students.
Coordinate recruitment drives, campus hiring, pooled drives, and placement events.
Understand recruiters' hiring requirements and align suitable student profiles.
Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes from invitation to offer rollout.
Industry Collaboration
Facilitate guest lectures, leadership talks, workshops, and seminars by industry experts.
Build partnerships for live projects, capstone projects, industrial visits, and consulting assignments.
Collaborate with companies for Management Development Programs (MDPs), Executive Education, and customized corporate training programs.
Business Development
Identify potential organizations for strategic partnerships.
Present the institute's offerings to prospective corporate partners.
Prepare proposals, pr
