Role Overview: Policybazaar is hiring experienced Assistant Managers to lead B2 C Sales teams, drive performance, and achieve business targets in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a B2 C Sales / Voice Process team Drive team targets, productivity, and performance Monitor attrition and shrinkage Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews Ensure process adherence and quality standards Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking Key Requirements: Minimum 6 years of overall experience Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager handling B2 C Sales teams Voice Process experience is mandatory Team handling experience is mandatory Strong exposure to team performance and target management Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a target-driven workplace Candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred
